Return Policy

    • RETURN POLICY
      • All items must be returned within 20 days from the date you receive your items. This time frame includes the time your item awaits pickup in our local pickup location.
      • Store Credit Only will be issued for the item being returned.
      • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
      • All items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were received. They must be unworn/unused and free of any smells or hair.
      • We do not accept any returns on any Sale or Promotional items which includes all items with prices ending in .99. No returns will be accepted if discount codes were used. 
      • Preorders are a final sale item.
      • If you receive an item with a defect, please email us with details and pictures at: support@rosegraceboutique.com

      We want you to Love everything you receive from Rose Grace Boutique. If your return meets the requirement here and your item just didn't work for you please follow our return instructions below.

      • Please include your name and order number on your return as well as your reason for your return.
      • Returns are processed once a week. Once processed you will receive an email with details on how to obtain your credit.
      • If you would like to exchange your item for another item, please follow the return instructions here and once you receive credit for your return you are welcome to use it towards any other item.
